  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage employee disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
